2025 HSBC BWF World Tour Finals

The Badminton World Federation (BWF) has announced that, due to adjustments in venue arrangements by the local organizing committee in Hangzhou, the 2025 HSBC BWF World Tour Finals will be rescheduled from the originally planned Week 50 (December 10-14) to Week 51 (December 17-21).

The 2025 Australian Open (November 18-23) will remain the final qualifying event for players to earn points toward the “Race to the Finals” rankings. The invited player list for the 2025 HSBC BWF World Tour Finals will be officially confirmed on Tuesday, November 25, 2025.

During the qualification period, a player’s (singles/doubles) best 14 results in the BWF World Tour events will be counted toward the “Race to the Finals” points system.

The 2026 season’s “Race to the Finals” points cycle will begin with the 2025 Syed Modi India International (November 25-30) and conclude with the 2026 Hong Kong Open (November 17-22).
