Tournament FAQ
When are brackets released?+
Brackets drop 48 hours before the first match. Push notifications go out to all registered players.
Refunds and withdrawal?+
Full refund up to the cancel window (typically 7 days before the start date). Within the window, fees are non-refundable.
Can I switch partner after registering?+
Once before brackets are seeded. Email events@pureking.com with both players cc'd.
Where can I watch results?+
Live results stream on the tournament page during play, and final results post within 24 hours of the event close.
