The PureKing Standard: 30-Day Return Policy
- Unused Gear: We accept returns and exchanges on all eligible products within 30 days of purchase.
- Condition: Items must be in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and in their original packaging.
- Exclusions: For performance and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on custom-strung badminton rackets (once the factory seal is removed or custom stringing has been completed) or used grip tape, unless there is a clear manufacturing defect.
Fast & Free In-Venue Returns (Recommended)
The easiest way to return or exchange an item is right at your next training session — bypass the post office and let our team handle everything on-site.
- How it works: Bring the item along with your digital order confirmation (email or text receipt) to any of our training venues or front desks.
- Immediate Exchanges: If you need a different size for apparel or shoes, or a different weight for a racket, we can often process an immediate exchange on the spot if stock is available.
- Refund Processing: On-site returns will trigger an automatic refund back to your original payment method (Credit Card, Apple Pay, or WeChat Pay) within 2–3 business days.
Mail-In Returns
If you are unable to visit one of our locations, you can return your items by mail.
- Initiate a Return: Email us at service@purekingsports.com with your Order Number (e.g., #PK-1001) and the reason for your return.
- Shipping Fees: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable service (UPS, FedEx, or USPS), as we cannot guarantee receipt without tracking.
- Mail to: Please contact us at service@purekingsports.com for our current return mailing address before shipping your item.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I return a racket after I have played with it?
To maintain the highest standards for all athletes, we do not accept returns on gear that shows signs of court use, ball or shuttle marks, or scuffs. If you experience a sudden equipment failure, speak directly with your coach on-site to evaluate it under our manufacturer warranty support.
I bought an item via WeChat or directly from my coach. How do I return it?
No problem at all. For offline purchases, just bring the item to the courts. We will verify the transaction on our POS system and issue your refund or exchange seamlessly.
How long will it take to see my refund?
Once we receive and inspect the item (either on-court or by mail), we process refunds immediately. It typically takes 3–5 business days for your bank or payment processor to reflect the credit on your statement.
