Classes are listed by age and level. If you’re not sure where you fit, book a free level check — a 5–15 minute, in-person chat with a coach, who will point you to the right class.

Kids can start at age 6. We also run classes for teens and adults, including complete beginners. See adult badminton lessons and the Youth Elite Program.

Let us know before class. When there’s room, we’ll help you schedule a make-up class.

Yes — one-on-one and semi-private lessons for juniors and adults. Send us a request with the player’s age, level and goals, and we’ll match you with a coach and find a time. Rates depend on the coach and format; we’ll share current options when we reply. Learn more about private lessons.

Comfortable athletic clothes, non-marking indoor court shoes and a water bottle. Bring a racket if you have one. If not, let your coach know — they can lend you one for class and help you pick one out when you’re ready.

Weekly sessions where players are matched with others at their level and play real games. There are youth and adult sessions.

A coach-graded exam where players show the skills for their level and earn a certificate when they pass. See upcoming dates on the level exams page.

Coaches share feedback on what each player is working on, and parents can see their child’s classes in their account.
