We offer Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced, and Elite tiers. If you're unsure, book a complimentary trial session — a head coach will assess your footwork, stroke mechanics, and court movement to place you in the right pathway.
All PureKing sessions are capped at 8 players per coach. Elite groups run at 4:1. Every athlete receives personalized technique feedback and quality court time every session.
You can reschedule up to 24 hours before your booked slot via your account dashboard. Late cancellations may incur a fee. Each multi-session package includes one makeup credit per cycle.
Yes. Private sessions are available at all campuses. Book directly through your account portal under Private Coaching. Rates vary by coach tier — contact us for current availability.
We provide shuttles (feathered for Elite, nylon for Beginner and Intermediate). Players should bring their own racket, non-marking court shoes, a towel, and a water bottle. Rackets are available for purchase at the Pro Shop.

Tournaments & Leagues

Compete in PureKing-sanctioned events — from in-house club leagues to regional championships across multiple divisions.

Browse upcoming events on the Compete page, select your division, and complete checkout. Registration closes 7 days before the event start date.
Full refunds are available up to 14 days before the event. A 50% refund applies between 7–14 days out. No refunds within 7 days of the event unless accompanied by a medical certificate.
Yes — athletes may register for up to two divisions per event (e.g., Singles + Doubles, or Doubles + Mixed Doubles). Age and ranking restrictions apply per division.
Draws are published 3 days before the tournament start. You'll receive an email notification and can follow live updates in your account portal under My Competitions.
Spectator entry is free at all PureKing-hosted events. Some championship venues may charge a nominal facility fee — this will be clearly noted on the event listing.

Player Evaluations & Rankings

Fortnight assessments, footwork metrics, clear-speed radar, rally endurance, and a national ranking that reflects your real progress.

Standard evaluations run every fortnight during active program blocks. Elite pathway athletes receive weekly assessments with video review and coach commentary.
We measure footwork speed (full-court pattern timings), clear speed (radar-verified), rally endurance (multi-feed stamina), smash velocity, and competitive match win rate.
All reports are available in your account dashboard under Performance. Historical data is plotted on interactive charts so you can track progress over every block.
Rankings are calculated from tournament results, evaluation scores, and coach assessments. Updated monthly — rankings determine eligibility for the Elite pathway, invitational events, and national team trials.
Yes — standalone evaluation sessions are available for $49. Book online through your account or contact the front desk at any campus.

Yes — we offer restringing with Yonex, Li-Ning, and PureKing-label strings at all campus Pro Shops. Drop off in-store or mail in via the Racket Service Portal. Standard turnaround is 2–3 business days.
A tracking link is emailed once your order ships. You can also view order status and carrier tracking in your account dashboard under Orders.
Yes — our Best Price Guarantee covers identical products from authorized retailers. If you find a lower price within 14 days of purchase, contact our team with proof and we'll refund the difference.
