Questions about the level check?
Do I need to bring my own racket?+
No. If the coach wants to see you hit, we have demo rackets on hand.
Is the level check really free?+
Yes. It’s a free 5–15 minute chat with a coach, with no credit card and no commitment. If you’d like to join a program afterward, we’ll walk you through the options.
What should I wear?+
Comfortable athletic wear and indoor court shoes. We recommend a t-shirt, shorts or track pants, and plenty of water.
What happens at the level check?+
You meet a coach in person for 5–15 minutes. We ask about experience and goals, may watch a few shots, and recommend the right program and level.
Can I book for more than one child?+
Yes! Submit a separate form for each student, or mention sibling details in the notes and we'll coordinate.
