Shipping & Order Fulfillment

Since most of our families are already on-site for weekly clinics or league play, we highly recommend selecting local pickup at checkout. It's free, eco-friendly, and allows our coaches to ensure your gear fits perfectly.

• How it works: Place your order online, or arrange your purchase directly via WeChat or on-site staff.
• Pickup Location: Orders can be collected directly from your coach at your scheduled training facility during active program hours.
• Fulfillment Time: Most on-site orders are ready for pickup within 1–2 business days. You will receive an email confirmation or a direct WeChat notification when your gear is ready.

If you prefer to have your gear delivered straight to your doorstep, we offer standard shipping across the United States. Current shipping rates are displayed at checkout.

• Processing Window: As a dedicated boutique academy, we handle inventory fulfillment manually to guarantee quality control. Please allow 2–3 business days for order processing before shipment.
• Carrier & Tracking: We ship via USPS or UPS Standard. Once your package is scanned at the post office, a tracking link will be automatically emailed to you.
• Delivery Estimates: Standard shipping typically arrives within 3–7 business days depending on your location. Free standard shipping on orders over $99.

Need to swap a grip color, adjust racket string tension, or coordinate a last-minute pickup change? Because we work closely with a selective group of athletes, we're happy to accommodate adjustments before the order leaves our hands.
