Shipping & Pickup

Most of our families are already at class every week, so we recommend choosing pickup at checkout. It’s free, it saves packaging, and your coach can make sure your gear fits.

• How it works: Order online, or buy through WeChat or from your coach.
• Where to pick up: Your coach brings your order to your regular class.
• Timing: Most pickup orders are ready within 1–2 business days. We’ll email you (or message you on WeChat) when your gear is ready.

Prefer delivery? We ship anywhere in the United States. Shipping rates are shown at checkout.

• Processing: Every order is packed by hand and checked before it ships. Please allow 2–3 business days for processing.
• Carrier & tracking: We ship with USPS or UPS. You’ll get a tracking link by email as soon as your package is scanned.
• Delivery: Standard shipping usually arrives in 3–7 business days, depending on where you live. Shipping is free on orders over $99.

Want a different grip color, a different string tension, or a new pickup time? We’re happy to make changes before your order ships or is handed off.

• Please note: once a tracking number is created or the order is handed to you at class, we can’t change it.
